About the role:

We are looking for an experienced leader in content marketing to join our team. If you love creating high-quality, engaging content that drives business goals and supports our go-to-market teams, this role is for you. You'll be leading a team of high performing individuals, collaborating with cross functional teams in Marketing and throughout UKG to support brand awareness, demand generation, and key sales motions. • As the leader of the Content Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall content strategy including: • Partner with cross-functional teams to design promotional and demand campaigns by leveraging key content in a highly targeted manner.• Developing and maintaining content dashboards and scorecards to understand effectiveness, inform best practices, and areas identify for optimization. • Ensure key content and assets are proactively maintained, aligned with proper governance frameworks, and easily accessible through highly intuitive, targeted intranet portals for field teams to use.

About You:

We are looking for someone who excels in bringing groups together to lead strategic planning conversations and understands how to execute against a plan and drive accountability with key stakeholders. Specifically: • Experience in B2B is a must, lots of opportunities to leverage experience doing B2C content marketing as well.• Experience in marketing SaaS HR/ Payroll Software within a technology company • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact well with cross-functional teams.• Ability to perform well in an environment that's decently centralized, dynamic, and fast-paced.• Strong organizational skills to effectively prioritize the right projects and deliver against tight deadlines.• Enthusiastic, innovative, and creative spirit who can think strategically and synthesize information quickly.

Qualifications• 7 + years' experience in Marketing with a concentration in content marketing.• 5+ years' experience in developing core messaging themes in support of key sales motions that drive the editorial calendar for asset creation including blogs, eBooks, webinar topics, and more.• 3 + years' experience with managing high performing teams that deliver, while ensuring members are engaged, motivated and doing meaningful work.
