Manager Continuous Improvement - Integration (Remote)

Reporting to the Vice President of Manufacturing Excellence, you will be a connector of the functions within Manufacturing Excellence (ME) and outside of ME, being a project manager to connect greater enterprise programs to the appropriate COE or Deployment teams. You will coordinate work, status and outcome at a ME level and packages updates at multiple levels of the organization. Work with VP to create and execute a review/response and governance process within the greater ME team. You will lead "ways of working" to extract value and have experience with master planning and tactical project management. This role is data and presentation savvy and will create scorecards and reviews that are succinct and visually easy to achieve results.

You Will:

• Create ME master plan with VP and owns execution of plan and visibility to team members
• Create impactful standardized scorecards for COEs and Deployment team to showcase results, gaps and value creation
• Navigate enterprise needs and work with COE and Deployment to establish resources, scope and timeline of projects
• Establish a review and response cadence for greater ME to achieve results and pace of execution
• Experienced in presentation building to educate and review ME progress with partners
• Be an optimizer for ways of working including maximizing functionality of Teams, iPads, applications and tools across ME resources
• Help facilitate HPO journey
• Entry point for resources/tools needed outside of Manufacturing

You Have:

• BS or MS in Industrial Engineering degree, or engineering related field
• Strong organizational skills
• Experience building and executing large-scale review and response
• Strong presentation skills
• Influence without authority

Compensation:

Annual Salary: $100,000.00 - $147,000.00
