Manager, Controller

The Controller Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting functions, integrating finance operations, forecasting, budgeting, handling tax matters, preparing financial reports, and ensuring organizational financial stability.

General Responsibilities

• Manages accounting operations and the preparation of annual financial forecasts

• Maintains the integrity of the general ledger, including the review of accounting records and financial statements

• Reviews, analyzes, and interprets financial and budgetary reports

• Ensures that all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported, and are in compliance with accounting guidelines and internal policies

• Leads the developing, modifying and executing of company policies

• Responsible for coordinating, administering, and controlling financial operations

• Account and research for any budget variances, reporting significant discrepancies to management

• Collaborate with auditors to ensure proper compliance with all regulations

• Supervises the development of financial accounting systems required to maintain reporting requirements

• Manages accounting integration activities for post-acquisition closing, which includes but is not limited to, process mapping, accounting policy harmonization and systems integration

• Recruits, trains, develops, coaches, and manages team to ensure priorities and deliverables are met

• Develop goals and prepare performance assessments annually, in a timely manner
