Equifax is seeking a Manager, Conversion Rate Optimization to join our growing Direct-to-Consumer Marketing Team. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team that offers room for growth and a defined career path. The ideal candidate is a data-driven and detail-oriented digital marketer with a strong understanding and hands-on experience with A/B testing, web analytics and the UX conversion strategies & tactics that help drive performance and insights.
What you'll do
You will oversee the tracking, analysis, and optimization of our website in order to drive subscription growth for our direct to consumer product lines. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities by conducting comprehensive analyses of our website's performance, understanding traffic patterns, suggesting necessary changes, and A/B testing them to help improve the metrics that matter. This position requires someone to work onsite in Midtown Atlanta Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
- Leveraging a diverse range of tools to extract and analyze online user activity data.
- Conducting ongoing A/B testing and making user experience enhancements based on data-driven ideation, execution, reporting, and analysis.
- Gaining a comprehensive understanding of customer behaviors and propensity to convert.
- Initiating, designing, and deploying tests
- Collaborating with various internal and external teams, including agencies, web development, design, marketing, and Data & analytics.
What experience you'll need
- 3-5 years of marketing analytics experience leading data-driven marketing projects and analyses
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in website testing, conversion rate optimization and/or UX focused role
- Highly proficient in Google Analytics and Optimizely
- Proficient in Google Tag Manager
- Strong knowledge of one or more testing platforms (e.g. Optimizely, Google Optimize, Adobe Target, etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of BI and reporting tools (e.g. Google Analytics 4, Looker, Looker Studio, Google Data studio)
- Strong understanding of statistics and modeling
- Exceptional project management - from planning to delivery and continued growth
- Strong verbal and visual communication skills to present and explain insights
- Strong knowledge of Excel (pivot, v-lookup, charts)
