POSITION PURPOSE:
Position is responsible for oversight of invoicing process and payment requests for the Corporate entity.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Input invoices received into Nexus or Yardi for review and approval.
- Create templates and schedules for monthly recurring invoices to ensure all invoices are processed and allocated appropriately.
- Manage invoice monitoring process for those pending approval at 7- and 14-day mark; send follow-up emails to approvers.
- Research, analyze and report information required to monitor status and accuracy of invoice processing, payments, budget variances and other accounting processes/items.
- Develop & Manage analytics and metrics to measure performance and service delivery of Corporate AP team
- Oversee process to verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
- Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
- Participate in improving processes and creating solutions to customer concerns, issues and other similar items.
- Lead or assist with other projects as needed
- Supervision and oversight of Corporate Accounts Payable team and function
ABOUT YOU:
- Extensive knowledge of accounts payable functions, including W-9s, 1099 reporting, and sales and use tax requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills, high level of accuracy, and demonstrated attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact. professionally with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently and independently.
- Experience in implementing, using, and upgrading procure-to-pay systems and applications.
- Experience with Oracle EBS, Coupa, and OneSource highly preferred
- Familiarity with other automation tools and applications (UIPath, Alteryx, etc.) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Paid Parental Leave: Up to 12 weeks
Actual base salary considers several factors including but not limited to geography, job-related knowledge, experience, and budget. The start of the salary range is typically associated with the minimum experience required.
At CIM, base pay is one part of the total compensation package. This role is eligible for bonus pay in addition to base salary. The anticipated base salary range for the position in Los Angeles is $100,000- $140,000.
