Manager, Corporate FP&A

MyFitnessPal is seeking a creative & analytical team player to become our next Manager, Corporate FP&A. We are looking for a highly motivated, results-oriented person that thrives in a fast-paced and matrixed environment. 

• Manage the company-wide process to develop and generate management reporting, metrics and dashboards
• Drive the annual operating plan and quarterly rolling forecast processes across MyFitnessPal (MFP)
• Create timely and accurate presentations of plans and results for stakeholders, specifically MFP’s Executive Leadership Team, the Board of Directors, and Private Equity investors.
• Establish key metrics, including definitions and processes for tracking and review
• Maintain and improve the long-range financial model, based on changes in market, strategy, and business requirements
• Partner with broader FP&A team to support company wide financial modeling and ad-hoc projects
• Partner with accounting to ensure accurate and efficient processes around close and financial reporting

• BA/BS required; Masters/MBA/CFA/CPA preferred (not required)
• 6 years of Corporate FP&A experience required, ideally in a SaaS, Enterprise Software, Consumer Apps, or hyper-growth preferred
• Experience leading planning processes and setting overall business objectives and key metrics
• Strong financial analysis skills with experience partnering and influencing company leadership
• Ability to partner with a range of cross-functional organizations and proven experience in building collaborative working relationships
• A high degree of comfort with creating new reporting from scratch and in challenging the status quo when needed
• Familiarity with financial statements and general accounting processes
• Interest and experience in detailed model building
• Self-starter with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing and developing direct reports is required
