Manager, Corporate Strategy - Greater Boston area/Remote - Massachusetts
The Boomi corporate strategy team works with the teams across the organization to tackle complex business problems and identify growth opportunities for the organization. The team is looking for a Senior Corporate Strategy Manager to lead projects to identify and implement strategic investment decisions.

Your Impact:
We are looking for a Strategy Manager to join our growing Strategy Organization. We're looking for an individual eager to solve complex business problems with a data-driven mindset. You will drive insight-gathering across the organization and will play a key role in analyzing and defining growth opportunities for a rapidly growing SaaS organization.
SPECIFICALLY YOU WILL:
Identify and recommend growth opportunities for the business
Worth with management team to define 5-year growth plan for business
Analyze business performance against strategic targets and partner with functional teams to ensure business performance tracks with long-term growth targets
Work on highly complex problems and gain insight into the strategic issues which are forefront on the minds of the senior leadership team
Partner the functional teams on the execution of recommendations
Stay in-tune with SaaS industry and competitive trends that may impact the business
THE PERSON MOST SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE WILL:
Be flexible, fast-moving, execution-oriented, with a track record of getting it done;
Have experience with disability inclusion and accessibility;
Be able to lead projects and structure complex problems and develop testable hypotheses

Have solid verbal and written communication skills; with strong executive presence
DESIRED SKILLS:
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to tell a persuasive story rooted in analysis
Ability to perform hypothesis-driven problem-solving and to create structured quantitative analysis
Experience in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly evolving workplace;
A proactive, resourceful self-starter eager to solve complex business problems.
Indirectly manage cross-functional teams to achieve project outcomes
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
At least 5-7 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, strategic consulting, and/or equivalent experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
