Manager, Cost Systems

We are currently seeking a Sr. Cost Manager – Cost Systems to join our Project Controls function.  This position will play an integral role in the development, integration, implementation, and administration of EcoSys EPC as well as complimentary systems for fit for purpose architecture to achieve business objectives. While EcoSys will be a core responsibility, this role will help to integrate and deploy other tools such as Power BI, Power App, Coupa CLM interfaces, SAP, and SAC integrations, etc. Candidates will have a comprehensive background in system architecture as well as a thorough understanding of Cost Controls. 

Responsibilities include:

• Creation of custom spreadsheets, reports, screen layouts and menus utilizing SQL and VBA
• Maintenance of enterprise data tables
• Development of API to push and pull data from Power BI, SAP, Coupa, etc
• Development of Power BI and Power App interfaces and reports
• Monitor system performance and provide steady state application support
• Work with EcoSys support team to assist with maintenance, updates and system patches as required
• Work with EcoSys support team to create custom scripts to carry out Company required processes
• Assist with ERP to EcoSys integration and create automated reconciliation functionality
• Assist with development of cost control processes and procedures 
• Assist with month end closing processes 
• Assist with user trainings and demonstrations
• SME for SQL and VBA report writing

Qualifications & Desired Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7 or more years project controls and EcoSys experience
• Demonstrated ability to understand a demanding, technical, and complicated construction program; and the ability to communicate progress and issues to a technical- and management-level audience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, EcoSys, SQL, and VBA 
• Effective oral and written communication skills, with an ability to communicate complex issues to a non-technical audience
