Manager, Creative Programs

The Special Programs Manager within the Child Life department is responsible for leading and supporting special programs that provide quality interventions to patients and families that positively impact their well-being, medical outcomes and their long-term relationship with healthcare. These programs include Facility Dogs, Creative Arts, the Child Life Zone, and Community Engagement for donations and special events.

Education & Experience

• Minimum of bachelor's Degree in Child Life, Child Development
• Child life certification
• Minimum of 5 years paid work experience as a child life specialist required
• Preferred 5 years of experience in a leadership role
• Required 5 years of direct supervisory experience

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification

• Certified Child Life Specialist
