POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Director, CRM Effectiveness, the Manager CRM Effectiveness (Sales) strategically manages and implements solutions for Sales that improve sales effectiveness and efficiency. This role will ensure processes and systems support are improved throughout all sales verticals within the company. The Manager CRM Effectiveness will work closely with business and IT stakeholders and/or outside vendor(s) to design, develop, test, train and implement solutions that meet the evolving needs of Sales. Other areas of responsibility include sales reporting, territory alignment, weekly and monthly revenue reporting, and overall sales analysis.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serves as an internal subject matter expert on sales processes and technology solutions within the CRM tool primarily for the Sales users.
  • Drives innovation and continuous improvement within sales processes, tools, and technology.
  • Frequently engages with Management and project stakeholders. Responsible for delivering on assigned projects for the Sales team.
  • Works with the Sales training group to ensure all process are rolled out successfully across all sales verticals.
  • Builds working relationships and communicates effectively with Corporate and and other key business partners regarding the Sales Effectiveness vision and initiatives.
  • Works with other Corporate and Sales team members to manage projects by setting clear expectations and priorities, interacting with decision-makers and ensuring that all agreed upon deliverables are met on time.
  • Coordinates business and functional requirement gathering from System Users, Business Owners and Subject Matter Experts.
  • Leads efforts to select, configure, develop, and maintain technology solutions, including Salesforce Sales Cloud.
  • Responsible for issues relating to Salesforce Sales Cloud technology, application and procedure related questions in the Company.
  • Assists with Salesforce reporting and PowerPoint decks for Management.
  • Creates detailed project work plans for Sales system development and enhancement projects.
  • Executes functional and user acceptance testing as part of project implementation.
  • Communicates status, issues, and other critical information in a timely manner.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience with process design, standardization and technical Salesforce Sales Cloud planning and execution
  • 3+ years analytic experience including Salesforce and BI reporting.
  • 2+ years of progressive supervisory or management experience.
  • Strong analytical skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Previous experience interacting with Management and key stakeholders.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7 years' experience in a progressive CRM or Sales role.
