iFIT’s vision is to create the world's most holistic health and fitness platform, integrating all elements of health - physical fitness, mental health, nutrition and active recovery - into a seamless interactive experience. We develop proprietary software that learns and adjusts to the habits of each person as it delivers immersive content that guides them on their own individual fitness journey.

We are seeking a CRM leader who will own and drive measurable revenue growth across our Hardware DTC business. This role is accountable for delivering hardware revenue, increasing iFIT attach rate, and accelerating repeat purchase behavior through lifecycle strategy, segmentation, and automation.

This is not a campaign execution or pure retention role. This leader will forecast, measure, and deliver CRM-driven revenue targets in partnership with DTC Sales leadership. They will design and execute high-impact lifecycle programs across email and SMS that support product launches, promotional events, financing offers, and premium product storytelling, shortening consideration cycles and increasing conversion.

ROLE COMMITMENTS

Revenue Ownership

  • Act as the CRM partner to the hardware DTC organization, aligning lifecycle campaigns with revenue targets, promotional calendars, and merchandising strategies.

Revenue Impact

  • Launch lifecycle journeys that influence consideration, purchase, upgrade, and post purchase engagement across the hardware funnel.

Performance Optimization

  • Drive measurable improvements in conversion, attach rate, and repeat purchase behavior through segmentation, testing, and automation.

Execution Excellence

  • Ensure lifecycle programs support premium product positioning while simplifying complex purchase journeys for customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Hardware Lifecycle Strategy
  • Own CRM strategy across the hardware customer journey, including lead nurture, pre purchase education, cart abandonment, onboarding, upgrade paths, and win back programs.
  • Build lifecycle flows that support high consideration purchases and premium product storytelling.
  • Partner with DTC Sales and Ecommerce to align messaging with pricing strategy, promotions, and inventory priorities.
  • Campaign Execution
  • Design and deploy multi channel CRM campaigns across Email and Mobile Messaging using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and OneSignal.
  • Translate commercial priorities into automated journeys that support launches, promotional events, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Sales, Ecommerce, Product Marketing, and Analytics teams to deliver cohesive customer experiences.
  • Data Integration and Testing
  • Serve as a key stakeholder for Segment to ensure hardware events and attributes are captured accurately.
  • Lead A B testing strategies across messaging, timing, audience segmentation, and creative to drive measurable revenue outcomes.
  • Develop segmentation strategies tailored to high value physical product buyers.
  • Analytics and Reporting
  • Track performance metrics tied to hardware sales including conversion rate, revenue per user, attach rate, repeat purchase behavior, and engagement.
  • Provide insights to DTC leadership on lifecycle performance and opportunities to improve customer acquisition and monetization.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Education and Basic Qualifications 

  • 7+ years in CRM, lifecycle, or growth roles with direct revenue accountability.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving measurable ecommerce revenue growth through segmentation, automation, and testing.
  • Experience influencing commercial strategy, not just executing campaigns.
  • Comfort presenting revenue impact to senior leadership.
  • Experience with high AOV, high consideration physical products ($1,000+ average order value preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting DTC ecommerce organizations or hardware sales environments.
  • Experience working in matrixed organizations with shared ownership across marketing and commercial teams.
  • Familiarity with Tableau, Looker, Amplitude, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Basic working knowledge of HTML or email troubleshooting.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Pay Range:
$90,000$125,000 USD
