Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Manager, Customer Lifecycle based at our Greenville, NC location.
What you will do:
-
Lead and oversee the end-to-end customer lifecycle, ensuring seamless aftersales experiences that foster customer retention and satisfaction.

Manage and coordinate Sales Operations and Service Operations teams to optimize order fulfillment, inventory management, and service delivery for Major Account customers.

Drive operational excellence by ensuring that customer orders are executed flawlessly, from order placement to delivery and invoicing, while minimizing excess inventory.

Oversee the execution of OEM-led services such as maintenance and centralized billing, ensuring contractual obligations are met and customer expectations are exceeded.

Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers and dealers, strategically addressing pain points to enhance customer retention and growth.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to continuously improve processes and deliver exceptional customer service.

What you will need:

Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field from an accredited institution.

Minimum of 8 years of relevant business experience.
Skills, Experience, & Abilities

Strong critical thinking, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage teams and initiatives independently.

Proven leadership skills to engage, motivate, and build collaborative teams across departments and levels within the organization.

Proficiency in order management systems, CRM tools, and service platforms, with experience in Salesforce.com preferred.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
-
Ability to develop and implement process improvements that reduce manual tasks and enhance customer services.
-
Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to assess situations, prioritize actions, and mitigate risks in the best interest of the customer and organization.

Financial acumen, with a solid understanding of balance sheets and P&L statements.

Experience and understanding of the lift truck industry, truck applications, and service management areas of the business.
