Manager, Customer Success
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Help establish the segment strategy to ensure continued improvement in retention and development of new expansion motion
- Oversee the customer lifecycle to proactively increase adoption and ensure ongoing client value realization, retention, and growth
- Ensure development of team of CSMs through coaching, enablement, and goal setting
- Develop collateral and conduct periodic EBRs with client executive teams to advise and align on strategy
- Develop detailed account plans to help ensure long term success
- Use knowledge of the Signifyd platform to advise the team on best practices product usage
- Ensure swift resolution of account issues, by leveraging resources from cross-functional teams
- Partner with cross-functional resources to achieve company-wide goals
- Embody Signifyd values and serve as a role model for team members
Requirements
- 3+ years of Customer Success Leadership working specifically with enterprise customers and overseeing commercial metrics
- People management experience required
- Willingness to travel when necessary
- Proven customer and change management skills with complex accounts
- Ability to analyze complex situations, develop associated action plans, influence and lead teams to achieve goals
- Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- An analytical and metrics-driven work style
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter who excels under ambiguity in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment
- Passion for e-commerce and new technology
- Background in e-commerce, payments, fraud or data science is a plus
