What You Will Do
As the Customer Supply Chain Manager, Mass & Club you will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining strong customer partnerships, ensuring that our supply chain execution is best in class with a focus on Mass & Club channels. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a readiness to learn and build systems to accelerate Chomps towards our rapid growth objectives. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious individual with a background in customer supply chain management and/or replenishment management, capable of both individual contribution and leadership in an entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
- Own PO execution, working to optimize our on time & in full fulfillment. This will include working within NetSuite and collaborating with our Broker, 3PL & Consolidator partner.
- Optimize the forecasting process & internal communication:
- Create and own tools for Walmart & Target that will monitor consumption, customer forecast, sales forecast, customer inventory levels, weeks of stock, customer ordering patterns, volumes, and variances to forecast. You have excellent Excel skills.
- Own Costco forecasting tool, helping proactively with PO timing/order cadence
- High proficiency in analyzing trends to provide accurate information to Chomps Supply Chain team on Costco demands
- Monthly sales forecast updates for Costco, Target & Walmart with Director of Sales
- Plan and execute customer launches, promotions, rotations and growing baselines.
- Great communication skills. You are ready to answer sales ops communication with our retail partners (e.g. Costco ICS clerks, Walmart Replenishment Managers & Target’s Inventory team, and Broker Teams), in an effort to provide the highest level of service. You enjoy building relationships as you collaborate.
- Work closely with Demand and Supply planning teams to ensure forecast is accurate and customer POs can be filled on time and in full
- Own internal decision making on Costco Supply when orders come in, based on Chomps Weeks on Hand/Inventory
- Work closely with Costco Broker team in updating PO Tracker & Demand Planning; own communication between broker team and internal team (Ops)
- Ensure PO accuracy in NetSuite
- Support operations team with MAPE reporting and accuracy
Who You Are
- Highly proficient in MS Excel, MS Word
- Forecasting tools proficiency preferred
- CPG experience required
- Costco, Target or Walmart experience preferred
- Highly proficient in Retail Link and/or Target’s POL and other retailer specific platforms.
- You are able to quickly grasp new concepts, multitask, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges in a fast-paced environment; you like building game changing systems.
- You have an entrepreneurial mentality with a 'self-starter' approach
- You are an adept problem solver who seeks creative solutions, with a consistent attention to detail
- Your analytical skills are strong
- You have the capability to manager your workload effectively, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality output.
- Highly organized and a strong communicator with demonstrated cross-functional experience
- A leader and team player: ability to work and make decisions autonomously while fostering collaboration and engagement with the team to ensure alignment

- 3+ years of experience in customer supply chain management and/or replenishment management
- Willingness to travel 10% of the time

Reports to: Senior Manager, Sales Operations
Location: Remote, with travel requirements
Type: Full-Time, exempt
Salary Range Opportunity:
- The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $110,000 annually - plus 20% annual bonus
Compensation Philosophy & Total Comp:
- Our salary ranges are based on verified market data and our philosophy of paying competitively for our size and industry
- Individual pay rate decisions are based on several factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company
- In addition to base salary, full-time team members receive medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K 6% match, and monthly reimbursements for wellness and home office.
