Responsible for driving sales strategy and business development in order to achieve overall team goals. Demonstrates thought leadership and provides outstanding customer service to all clients/agencies as assigned. Job Description
Core Responsibilities
  • Builds and maintains solid relationships with key contacts within assigned Agency Holding Company and other stakeholders to facilitate or expedite the sell-in process of advanced media initiatives.
  • Experienced in sales navigation and opportunity identification with a strong ability to translate client needs into actionable solutions
  • Ensures sales volumes among existing accounts are maintained or increased. Increases bottom line by ensuring continuous, well-researched and targeted prospecting.
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally and build inclusive partnerships to deliver an outstanding client experience
  • Experience and understanding of linear, digital and data enabled advertising, as well as measurement/identity in the video space.
  • Deep understanding and experience in media, data and technology with a strong sales/partnership background within the advertising ecosystem. Ability to articulate industry trends and themes within the video landscape, as well as existing Agency Holding Company relationships are a plus.
  • Assists customers and prospects in attaining their goals through proper utilization of Company products and services and ensures goodwill between customers and the Business.
  • Implements Ad Sales Business Development operational strategies, policies and procedures. Recommends changes in operational strategies, policies and procedures to the proper decision-makers.
  • Attends, participates in and leads sales meetings, training programs and conferences as directed and needed.
  • Develops, plans and coordinates seminars, sale incentive plans and other strategies to achieve business unit objectives.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Bachelor's Degree
While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
