MANAGER DATA ANALYTICS

The Manager Data Analytics, FPG Analytics provides advanced data, reporting, and analytics support to Professional Services department and FPG (Faculty Practice Group) in general. This role handles complex analytic tasks which require advanced knowledge of tools such as SQL (Both MS and Oracle), MS Excel, Power BI, Crystal Reports, etc. They are responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to extract valuable insights that support decision-making processes throughout FPG and MMC.

The primary responsibility will be the development, building, and maintenance, of self-service reporting tools and dashboards to support MMC Physician Revenue Cycle and FPG operations. This role will work with IT to develop/build data marts and data sets; with FPG leadership to build appropriate visualizations; and with FPG departments to validate, Q/A, and ensure consistency and accuracy of data; as well as transform raw data into business insights that are useful for decision making and strategic planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree Required; Master's Degree Preferred

Exceptional Analytical and Organizational skills

3-5 years of SQL development (preferably MS SQL or Oracle, Epic Caboodle, Epic Clarity); Epic Clarity Certification Preferred

Experience building dashboard visualizations with BI tool such as Power BI, Tableau, etc

Solid communication (written and oral) skills

Knowledge of health care industry

Knowledge of Physician Revenue Cycle and Operations workflows. Preferred experience in Epic PB and Cadence applications, but appropriate experience in other systems will be considered Experience in Hospital Revenue Cycle in lieu of Physician Revenue Cycle will also be considered

Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access skills
