Manager, Data Management & Performance
What we need
The Manager of Data Management position has the responsibility to define and manage all workforce and queue performance. This leader has no direct reports but offers indirect leadership to the Implementations and Vendor Enrollment leadership to ensure they have the tools and are managing their workforce performance and queue backlogs with regularity and against standards. This role also has oversight accountability for department-wide key initiatives each year, ensuring initiative owners are completing work as outlined and agreed with the SVP of the department. Position reports to the SVP of the department.

As a Manager, Data Management and Performance, you will be expected to work in a Hybrid environment. FLEETCOR will set you up for success by providing:
- Assigned workspace in Brentwood, TN office

Key Responsibilities
- Identify gaps in current reporting related to workforce performance and queue management. Design reporting and work with the Data Management team (shared service) to deliver the reporting need.
- Monitor department-wide reporting to ensure staffing levels are adequate, and work queues are being managed within SLA. In cases where we are understaffed or outside of SLA, work with team leader to create plan to rectify.
- Actively mining our data for insights and opportunities for process improvements.
- Work with Implementation Standards team to ensure that adequate baselines and reporting exist to measure impact to process re-designs.
- Acts on behalf of the SVP of the department in coaching leadership in how to better use their data to manage teams and queues.
Qualifications
- Previous management experience
- Strong leadership skills and a track record of achieving results
- Self-guided with the intellectual curiosity to explore what-if scenarios that lead to department process improvements
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to effectively communicate ideas and build relationships
- Excellent capabilities in leadership, influencing, communication and collaboration
- Strong reporting skills, with excellence in Excel and Power BI
- Expert skills in creating executive presentations within Powerpoint
- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
- 3-5 years data management and data analysis experience, specific to workforce and work queue performance.
