We are currently seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Manager, Demand Generation to join our Marketing team as a full-time employee. The Manager, Demand Generation will be responsible for leading “full funnel” activities that drive new qualified leads, opportunity pipeline and closed/won deals for Vibes. This position is a critical one in leading Vibes’ growth marketing efforts across account-based marketing, advertising, content syndication, email marketing and more. An ideal candidate has 2-4 years of previous success in a demand generation role; great organization skills, attention to detail, passion for process improvement, strong written communication, and ability to manage multiple unrelated projects at a time.
This role reports directly to the VP of Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Lead Vibes’ tactical execution of marketing campaigns using core tools such as Adobe Marketo, Salesforce and Demandbase
- Close coordination with Vibes marketing team and sales account executives on demand generation strategies, target account selection and execution of programs designed to drive target accounts into Vibes demand gen funnel
- Proactive strategic focus on always improving Vibes’ pipeline conversion metrics; qualified lead volume; account targeting and external marketing campaigns; with the tactical smarts and experience to execute on this strategy and drive results
- Serve as main day-to-day point person on marketing team for execution of all marketing campaigns across advertising, ABM, email, SEO/SEM, content syndication and direct mail
- Develop effective email marketing strategies and the emails themselves, including automated nurture programs and one-off announcements and marketing campaigns
- Lead relationships with external consultants to drive Vibes success in search engine marketing, search engine optimization and content syndication
- Launch campaigns, landing pages and new resources on Vibes website – must be willing to learn Webflow (website CMS) basics for hands-on website management, along with the rest of a small but nimble marketing team
- Occasional on-the-ground management of in-person trade industry events – some travel required
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and clients
Requirements & Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in a hands-on, detail-oriented, tactical demand generation role – B2B experience preferred, but not required
- Demonstrated experience leading activities, with a record of success building and nurturing pipeline within a marketing automation platform such as Marketo, HubSpot or Pardot, as well as in using Salesforce
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated track record of effective project management and critical thinking skills
- Proactively identify and develop solutions to problems
- Tech savvy: can learn new web-based interfaces quickly, strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Ability to effectively manage relationships with on-site and off-site partners and team members
- Organized, motivated, and detail-oriented
- Strong time-management skills

Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role is $85,000-$105,000 annually. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills and certifications.
