Manager, Dev Ops (Hybrid)
Job Description
- Interacts with technology, product management, and operations to understand analyze, interpret and documents business needs into detailed requirements; recommends/implement solutions to improve processes or services.
- Building efficient robotic workflow models to optimize established process stages and enhance performance.
- Writing detailed documents including (but not limited to) PDD/SDD and OID
- Articulate business and functional requirements by developing specifications for business processing and systems enhancement and development efforts; provides ongoing technical support. Assist in the development of training and change management materials.
- Understanding clients' business pattern and giving valuable suggestion and ideas to Business for cost and resource saving benefit.
- Everything configured has to be documented according to their categories in form of predefined project templates and get the requirement verified with Manager and discussed with impacted areas and take them into confidence.
- Prepare test scripts for testing the scenarios for each project.
- Each deliverables should be measured on estimates and available resources (Business and Technology)
- Timely communication of project to all stake holders with dashboard/metrics.
Required:
- Associate 2 to 5 years
- Sr Associate 5 to 8 years
- Must have strong working knowledge of robotic process automation tools like UI path, Automation anywhere or Blue Prism. Candidates certified on BluePrism are preferred.
- Having working knowledge on advanced VBA/VBS and SQL will be a plus
- Must have experience of working on Excel, MS Projects, and SharePoint.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and at all levels internally
- Numerically competent with strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work flexibly when dealing with varying client requirements/Projects
- Organizational skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Knowledge of systems and technological capabilities usually obtained through formal training or experience with PC or mainframe applications is required. Analytical and communication skills obtained usually through experience in related jobs or through formal training in system analysis is required.
Desired:
- Eagerness and creative attitude towards improving product offering as well as a desire to identify and implement projects
- Prior experience of working on automation projects within investment operations domain
- Working knowledge of R/Python would be an added advantage
- Prior experience in financial industry is desired
- Capital Markets Industry knowledge
