This position leads a team of associates to deliver in the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of application software and/or systems in accordance with the needs of the business. Using knowledge and experience, this position is responsible for advancing the practice of application development.

What you do

• Lead a software development team consisting of both mainframe and open system developers
• Contributes to solutioning efforts with team, application owners, architects, business analysts and clients
• Provides technical guidance to team members
• Create a high performing culture through associate and business resources
• Design and implement applications, systems, and processes to achieve business results
• Identify and resolve problems for both internal external parties
• Monitor and evaluate adherence to regulations, policies, and procedures
• Develop partnerships within the organization to engage in cross-functional business initiatives
• Consult with other IT and business associates and leaders
• Incorporate future impacts into planning of solutions
• Plan and organize the work of associates

What you bring

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• 4-7 years Related Experience required And
• 2-4 years Supervisory Experience required
• Knowledge and experience with Java and secure coding practices
• Knowledge and experience with open system tools

Salary range $110,971 to $183,103 per year.
