About the Role:

Tubi is looking for a relationship and data-driven Manager to join our growing Device Partnerships team within the Business Development organization. In this role, you will evolve Tubi’s Content, Device, and Distribution Partnership programs. The right fit for this role will be someone who has 5+ years of professional experience identifying, developing, and executing partner promotional opportunities ideally within a successful entertainment or tech company. In this role, you will be working directly with our Marketing, Design, Distribution, and Content teams to drive promotional planning and execution. Ideal for those looking for a high growth role with the ability to be a part of the ever-evolving ConnectedTV landscape. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support all Content, Distribution, and Device promotion and merchandising partnerships led by Business Development. Help promote our content and new/updated applications on device
  • Develop and leverage strong relationships to build content promotion plans for Tier 1 platform partners to drive impact and scale
  • Bring ideas and approaches for our promotional campaigns. Ability to ideate across multi-platform initiatives 
  • Identify potential sponsorship and co-marketing opportunities outside of content, distribution and device partners i.e. carriers, bundles, other Freemium partners
  • Drive analytics and performance metrics to develop and evolve partnerships reporting and drive actionable insights. Create cohesive co-marketing plans, and adapt plans as necessary to achieve maximum results
  • Lead creative and marketing efforts around retail promotions, partner promotions, media execution, and strategic projects for all Distribution, Device and Content Partners
  • Manage a Platform Promotions Coordinator to provide leadership and guidance 

Your Background:

  • 5-8 years of industry experience in a relevant role
  • BA/BS from an accredited university
  • Client focus is a priority
  • Talent, partner, marketing, or relationship management experience
  • Strong quantitative analytical skills. Results-driven mindset thriving in a culture of impact
  • The ability to tell compelling promotional stories around content
  • Experience working for a high profile media, entertainment, or tech brand
  • Creative spirit and passion for content, streaming, and entertainment
  • Empathy and “Listen First” mentality
  • Restlessly curious about the viewer, user, and insights
  • Strong leadership, presentation, communication and collaboration skills

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 annually for New York City and Westchester County, NY; $99,000.00 - $120,000.00 annually for Colorado. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, a long term incentive plan, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
