We are looking for an experienced and creative Digital Communications Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital campaigns across corporate digital channels .The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current communications tools and strategies, be able to lead integrated digital campaigns from concept to execution, and have deep experience working in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. This role will be part of Corporate Communications & Advocacy team and will work closely with in-house teams across all stages of the product lifecycle, from early stage R&D through clinical trials and commercialization.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all digital corporate and advocacy communications, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
• Design, build and maintain our web and social media presence for Ascendis Pharma and our clinical trial and advocacy programs.
• Measure and report performance of all digital campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Manage the required review processes for all digital materials and campaigns.
• Brainstorm new and creative strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
• Deliver programs on time and within budget.

Requirements

• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
• 6 years' experience in digital communications in a pharmaceutical industry, especially in Europe and the U.S.
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media and/or advertising campaigns.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
• Experience in optimizing landing pages, user experience, and user funnels.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Solid knowledge of standard industry website and social media analytics tools.
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
