Manager, Digital Customer Acquisition
Job Description
As the Manager of Digital Customer Acquisition, your mission will be to enhance the effectiveness of our paid media efforts, focusing on improving key economic metrics related to customer acquisition, such as cost per lead and cost per account. This high-visibility role involves direct accountability for driving true business profitability through strategic paid media and ABM campaigns.
- Paid Media and Bidding Optimization: Develop strategies to enhance paid media campaign efficiencies, focusing on cost per lead and cost per account improvements.
- Testing and Learning: Experiment with new media channels and strategies, adopting a growth mindset to identify and leverage emerging opportunities.
- Media Mix Optimization: Analyze performance across various channels, continuously optimizing the media mix to maximize returns.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data analytics to inform strategy, assessing campaign performance and market trends within AdTech platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and 6Sense.
- Collaboration with Revenue Operations: Work closely with revenue operations teams to ensure efficient lead routing and implement best practices within the sales process that influence conversion rates.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with senior management and other stakeholders, providing insights and strategic direction on campaign performance.
- AdTech & ABM Platform Management: Employ the latest ABM & ad technologies and creative approaches to maintain Nasdaq's competitive edge in the market.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in paid media strategy and campaign management, with a documented record of improving campaign economics.
- Extensive experience with ABM strategies in a B2B environment
- Proficiency with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and 6Sense.
- Experience working with retargeting ads
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The base pay range for this role is $74,800 - $124,600. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
