Manager, Digital Marketing

About the Role

As a Manager Digital Marketing at JustAnswer you will work to help improve the efficiency and reach of our paid search engine marketing (SEM) efforts through testing spend optimization and vertical expansion. The ideal candidate for this role is a quantitative problem-solver that makes sense out of chaos and infuses insight into his/her team. This position joins JA’s India office in Bengaluru and supports the Customer Acquisition function based out of San Francisco

What You’ll Do

• Lead strategic projects for optimizing and growing Google Search Ads and MS Ads for justanswer.com.

• Design and execute Google Ads experiments; monitor tests for campaign impact.

• Implement smart bidding strategies and manage SEM/PPC budget for optimal ROAS.

• Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize SEM campaigns.

• Analyze key metrics using Google Ads Excel SQL PowerBI and Google Analytics.

• Collaborate with Digital Marketing Content UX Analytics Engineering and Product teams.

What We’re Looking For

• 7 – 14 years of work experience in Digital Marketing

• Significant experience with one or more of Google Search Ads GDN YouTube DoubleClick/DV360 Facebook Ads

• Proficiency in Excel (You chew VLOOKUPs and SUMIFs for breakfast!)

• Hands-on experience in SQL is a strong plus

• Comfort with Google Analytics marketing technologies conversion tracking tag management

• Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript etc.)/Programming background to smoothly interact with product manager/developers for creating scaling and automation tools for campaign management is desirable

• Familiarity with usage of LLM (prompting techniques GPTs etc.) for Digital Marketing/Analytical tasks is a nice to have

• Analytical bent of mind and being data-driven

• Take initiatives and demonstrate strong results-orientation
