Essential Functions

  • Understand business priorities and set strategies across a diverse brand portfolio that demonstrate an impact on business outcomes.
  • Define monthly digital sales objectives and drive organic traffic growth to obtain transaction and conversion goals.
  • Shape and execute SEO initiatives to improve online visibility, organic search rankings, and overall digital performance.
  • Develop strategies to drive traffic across the entire customer journey from top to bottom of the eCommerce funnel.
  • Measure customer satisfaction goals across the portfolio. Analyze the information from customer satisfaction surveys and make digital recommendations for improvements.
  • Utilize deep linking to drive more conversions within the customer journey to optimize the campaign experience.
  • Monitor performance of digital channels to ensure portfolio health and goal achievement via organic, direct, and marketing channels. Conduct detailed reporting, providing insights on campaign performance and suggesting areas for improvement.
  • Define and execute local SEO and location-based strategy for digital experiences.
  • Partner with brand teams, marketing teams, and agencies to establish cross-channel marketing planning support and governance to optimize the capture of new opportunities.
  • Provide critical input and requirements for product roadmaps and priorities for SEO and marketing technology integrations.
  • Drive optimizations through ongoing experiments that iteratively achieve target objectives as well as yield user insights.
  • Develop and ensure the use of best practices across product marketing, create playbooks, and orchestrate collaboration across digital teams to share knowledge and facilitate learnings.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization including Analytics partners to define and analyze metrics that inform the success of initiatives; ensuring we are regularly measuring our progress towards our goals.

The Manager of Digital Marketing Strategy is responsible for helping to set and achieve digital customer satisfaction, organic traffic growth, and sales goals across Focus Brand's portfolio of app and web ecommerce platforms. You will create the best in class in-store digital experiences for tableside, pickup, drive-through, dine-in, and kiosk. You will work with product, technology, and marketing stakeholders across our brands to optimize digital efforts in alignment with company growth objectives.

As the Manager of Digital Marketing Strategy, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online visibility, organic search rankings, and overall digital performance. You will be responsible for shaping and executing SEO initiatives, owning digital tools, and managing various aspects of digital strategy. This includes Google My Business, location pages, pixel management for marketing campaigns, and more. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative with a deep understanding of technical SEO, local marketing practices and current knowledge of industry trends.

This is a Hybrid role, requiring to be in the Office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday weekly.

Work Experience

  • 5 years of experience delivering and optimizing consumer-facing online experiences as a SEO manager and digital strategist.
  • Drive the product marketing vision, go to market strategy, facilitating design discussions and competently working with technical teams.
  • Strong experience with Google My Business, location platforms like Yext, and pixel management.
  • Experience leveraging technology to solve customer and business problems

Skills & Abilities

  • Educate and influence stakeholders across the organization on SEO and MarTech best practices.
  • Ability to communicate complex and detailed information in an organized and consumable format
  • Build strong relationships, be persuasive and influential within and across working groups
  • Highly skilled at reading data to analyze the performance of digital features and hands-on with data and technology tools
  • Strong execution skills and capable of rallying a team behind a vision
  • A proven track record of building digital product marketing plans and coaching other team members

Licenses/Certifications

  • SEO certifications preferred, such as the Moz SEO Certification or the Google Certified Professional Search Engine Optimization exam.
