This position will lead and motivate a multi-site team and be resposbile for Global Servcie Dialer prducts across diverse technology platforms.

Minimum Qualifications

-4+ years of product owner experience

- Experienced and assertive leader, with strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence all levels of the organization

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively navigate through complex business problems to develop and recommend win-win solutions

- Exceptional thought leadership to continually explore and create innovative process and business improvements

- Product management experience and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities at once and an ability to work in a dynamic, time-critical environment

- Enthusiasm and passion for great products and services and the ability to articulate product functionality

- Deep knowledge of Product Ownership role and proven ability to create systems from the ground up.

- Understanding of American Express tech and product development processes, known as a business person who can speak both tech and business languages

- Great leadership

- Curiosity and hunger to know how things work and ability to use that knowledge to find enhancement opportunities

- Detailed oriented, able to identify key questions, make product decisions and determine how pieces of the puzzle interact and impact the overall project

- Recognize issues quickly and determine how to go about getting resolution

- Highly organized, taking individual initiative and accountability for getting results

- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage, influence and inspire partners to drive collaboration and alignment

- Product Owner certification is a preferred

Preferred Qualifications
  • Deliver system solutions that improve the customer experience, enable Customer First Resolution, and drive operational efficiencies in a dialer environment.
  • Utilize SAFe/Agile standards to deliver dialer product features, scope and functionality
  • Translate the customer experiences into Features and User Stories, following SAFe/Agile methodology.
  • Work with central and local market cross-functional teams to ensure capabilities meet market needs and adhere to local regulatory, compliance and risk requirements.
  • Develop global capabilities and features that can be deployed locally.
  • Automate existing processes into new the platform and capabilities
  • Launch and manage the product upon release to Specialists, CCPs, and Card Members
  • Obtain feedback on the product to iterate and drive improvements in future releases
  • Work with the scrum teams and prioritize the user stories
  • Maintain pulse on external developments and internal product development to assess implications for our products

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
