Enterprise Data Governance & Platforms (EDGP) is part of the larger Enterprise Digital and Data Solutions (EDDS) organization. EDGP improves the customer experience and drives business growth through robust enterprise-wide data policies and governance and enabling a data-driven culture, while developing digital and data platforms that provide insightful customer relationships and allow users to leverage enterprise-wide data capabilities.
Seeking a Manager - Digital Product Operations for the Customer Enablement team within the Enterprise Data Platform organization. You will build relationships and work across multiple teams and organizations to work with customers and key stakeholders to provide a terrific EDP customer enablement experience across the major enterprise data platforms. What would your responsibilities be in this role? You will
- Collaborate with customers and key stakeholders to deliver EDP platform capabilities that improve the overall experience for our big data customers and teams
- Drive communication for EDP leadership and to customers (EDP value stories, presentations, etc.)
- Partner with customer success team to enhance Lumi training opportunities for customers
- Support EDP platform enhancements by leveraging Jira, feedback from customers and working across the solutions management and product teams to drive positive results
- Lead customer advisory forums which provide insight into the Lumi program and capabilities
- Support data governance and compliance to strengthen Platform Governance to meet Audit and Enterprise Data policy requirements
- Effectively implement use cases with cooperative engagement from business partners and technical leaders
- Conduct meetings that encourage teamwork while driving effective corrective actions and prioritizing necessary infrastructure process enhancements to improve performance and availability
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and enthusiasm in developing elite Enterprise Data Platform services
- Utilize and define operational standards, requirements, and associated documentation - ensure all processes are clear and auditable

- 2+ years of experience in Product Operations Management with proven track record in carrying out discovery and analysis to support the creation of our Product Vision, Strategy and Framework
- Experience handling customer interactions and executive reporting
- Proven track record managing large, complex features or products with multiple partners
- Ambitious with strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to present strategies to senior leaders and drive decision-making
- Data Driven: Responsible for gathering and using data and analytics to deliver great customer experiences
- Customer First: Obsess over customer needs - identify opportunities and gaps, work to address those needs
- Measure and Learn: Maintain metrics and key performance indicators to manage the product
- Partner and Collaborate: Work closely with engineering, data, analytics and product management teams to deliver results
- Shows a genuine personal dedication to successfully completing all projects with an ability to learn rapidly and adapt quickly to changing situations
- Confirmed history influencing and getting results for enterprise-level projects
- Aptitude to develop and maintain strong working relationships with both internal and external partners
- Inspires confidence and the ability to handle ambiguity, multiple tasks, shifting priorities and set schedule to meet deliverables (works with a positive attitude, be flexible, and prioritize tasks)
- Strategic thinker, who can combine technical skills with overall business strategy to creatively resolve complex problems in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a member of a team
- Proficient using PowerPoint, Excel, Jira, and MS Word
Bachelors in Computer Science/Management Information Systems or equivalent experience preferred
Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
