Job Summary:
With our quarter of a billion monthly listeners, iHeartMedia has a greater reach than any other media company in the U.S. Our leadership position in audio extends across multiple platforms, including more than 860 live broadcast stations in over 160 markets nationwide; our National Sales organization; and our live and virtual events business. It also includes Premiere Networks, the industry's largest Networks business, with its Total Traffic and Weather Network (TTWN); and BIN: Black Information Network, the first and only 24/7 national and local all news audio service for the Black community. iHeartMedia also leads the audio industry in analytics, targeting and attribution for its marketing partners with our SmartAudio suite of data targeting and attribution products using data from our massive consumer base.

The Digital Revenue Operations team provides strategic direction for maximizing revenue through pricing & inventory optimization, enables better decision making through the use of data, and creates tools and processes to help sales teams work more effectively. This position reports to the Vice President of Digital Revenue Operations.

Responsibilities
  • Revenue Analysis: provide analytical support to iHeartMedia leadership, proactively identifying issues and developing data-driven answers/solutions
  • Business Reports & Tools: create Excel/SQL reports & tools to help evaluate business performance, implement initiatives and improve sales operations
  • Processes: develop processes to streamline and optimize sales, pricing and operations workflows
  • Sales Support: help sales teams on proposals by evaluating rates and inventory


Qualifications
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with SQL, VBA, and Google Cloud Services
  • High attention to detail
  • Intellectual curiosity with a goal of continuous improvement
  • Ability to work independently or with diverse team members
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly


Work Experience
  • 4+ years' experience in analytical roles preferably in a digital media environment


Education
  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic record
