JOB SUMMARY

The ETS Manager, End-User Technologies, is a Technical Services Leadership team member. This role requires powerful administrative and technical leadership ability. Primarily responsible for the oversight in planning, design, implementation, operation, and control of on-prem and Azure Active Directory Services, Identity Access Management, Microsoft Endpoint Management, and JAMF . The Manager, Active Directory, and End User Technologies will ensure that our systems are reliable and deliver on all service levels. Additional focus will be on restoring service-related outages and assisting with root cause analysis. The candidate will work in conjunction with the Engineering and Service Management teams on the transition of new services, functionality, and capabilities into the Operational Active Directory space. They will partner with highly motivated cross-functional individuals focused on a common goal of delivering cutting-edge service to meet aggressive business demands in an ever-changing environment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • 7 + years in a technical leadership role supporting on-premise Active Directory, O365 Identity components, Azure Active Directory Administration. At least three years creating and mentoring a global Engineering team
  • Identify and facilitate the next generation of technology service leadership
  • Constantly display leadership characteristics with a customer first philosophy
  • Participate and contribute to technology governance bodies with strong presentation skills
  • Industry expert level knowledge in Active Directory Operations and Azure Active Directory Operations - experience performing Active Directory and Azure Active Directory security and Operations best-practice assessments and remediations.
  • Extensive experience with SCCM and MECM
  • Experience implementing Intune and Intune Autopilot
  • Active certification in ITIL v4 Specialist, Strategist, Leader, or Manager
    • Certification requirement may be waived with five years of documented experience working in an ITIL service environment
  • Bilingual/Multilingual highly preferred


EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar
    • Advanced degree does not impact required minimum time of professional experience
  • Preferred technical certifications include Microsoft O365 Administration, Azure Active Directory Solutions, or Azure Cloud Administration


Principal Duties and Responsibilities.
  • Manage the Engineering, Integration, and Release of new or enhanced capabilities
  • Deliver existing committed service levels
  • Run, monitor, maintain, and control all relevant 'in-service' environments
  • Accountable for adequate resolution of all 'in-service' incidents and problems including root cause analysis
  • Manage the backlog of enhancement, change, and operational requests
  • Manage capacity and mitigate risk
  • Lead the development and delivery of the area Service Catalog
  • Ensure a high degree of visibility and transparency into current-state, successes, challenges, and risks
  • Develop and deliver service area strategy - technology strategy & operational strategy
  • Lead teams with expertise in Email, Messaging, SharePoint, Telecom and MDM technologies
