Join us as Manager, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion where you will play a pivotal role in implementing a global DE&I strategy within the US market! You will be responsible for adapting our Global DE&I strategy it to local needs and driving progressive practices and programs to enhance representation and foster an inclusive culture. This position requires a strong understanding of DE&I principles, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to integrate DE&I goals into overall business strategies.

Your Responsibilities.

• Apply a Global DEI strategy to the US market by formulating a localized strategy and concepts based on macro trends, research, analysis, and benchmarks
• Tackle specific demographic challenges within the organization
• Translate the broader DEI strategy into progressive practices and programs, encompassing initiatives to enhance representation and foster an inclusive culture that genuinely reflects our values and fosters a sense of belonging for everyone
• Develop an implementation plan for key, ensuring compliance with internal and external commitments, and integrating DEI goals into Divisional and Functional strategies in alignment with BMG's overall strategy and business focus
• Provide periodic progress reports to leadership and respond to requests for updates Develop a localized engagement strategy that aligns with global brand moments such as Pride, while also addressing culturally significant local events

Your Profile.

• You have progressive experience in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
• You have excellent analytical skills and a focus on data-driven work
• You are strong in Power Point and Excel
• You have keen project management skills
• You are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills Interpersonal
• You are willing to engage in business travel when required
