WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

This role will be responsible for End to End (E2E) Supply Chain Operations across Nike's .SWOOSH and RTFKT brands. Helping pilot and develop scalable and balanced business practices for new digital supply chain models. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative and entrepreneurial, and able to handle contending priorities across multiple workstreams. We are looking for a subject matter expert, with an extensive background in supply chain management. This experience should include sourcing and procurement, order fulfillment, finance, and/or logistics. The E2E Manager will collaborate closely with both internal and external partners to pilot and lead quick-strike physical product launches for both footwear and apparel. The E2E Manager will be tasked with making recommendations for scalable solutions, as well as researching and helping to launch a potential pre-order model, and advise on long-term supply chain strategy (as well as lead all aspects of day-to-day order fulfillment needs across multiple pilot projects).

A curiosity about web3, Metaverse, and blockchain technologies is an added benefit, but not required.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will work across Nike's .SWOOSH and RTFKT brands, handling independent business needs and workstreams, while also finding long-term process efficiencies. You will work closely with internal Nike partners within Consumer Creation, GSM, DSM, Supply Chain Innovation, Geos, DCs, strategy and finance to influence and manage pilot projects. Plus be the point of contact for factories and other external partners (3PL, Shipping, etc.).

WHAT YOU BRING

- Bachelor's degree or higher or combination of relevant education, experience, and training

- 6+ years' shown experience in Supply Chain management and operations, including sourcing and procurement, fulfillment, finance, and logistics.

- Extensive experience with digital order fulfillment and accountability for end to end of fulfillment operations, including order intake, shipping, inventory management, ERP systems and 3PL partners.

- Experience working with Digital Product teams to ensure front-end and back-end systems meet consumer expectations.

- Background in both Footwear and Apparel manufacturing, with a deep understanding of the challenges between the two.

- Out-of-the-box thinking and desire to find new ways of working.

- Ability to conduct detailed procedures in a time-constrained environment.

- Strong sense of time organization and vitality.

- Ability to redefine success as priorities change, and continually detail/communicate progress and/or challenges.

- Ability to thrive in a start-up environment and quickly shift and adapt to an evolving environment.
