Clario is seeking a dynamic Manager, eCOA Science Communications to create compelling scientific content and strategic initiatives that align with our eCOA Science goals and objectives. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate across marketing, sales, and scientific teams to develop high-quality publications, presentations, and thought leadership collateral that amplify Clario’s eCOA expertise and drive business growth.

What you'll be doing

  • Create necessary science documents, reports and publications that support appropriate Clario eCOA Science messaging, goals and objectives that enhance business and revenue growth. 

  • Support and/or create, edit, proofread, and coordinate finalization of eCOA science capabilities, abstracts, papers, posters, presentations and other eCOA science service collateral.  

  • Key point of contact and liaison with marketing, sales, science teams across the organization. Manages essential commitments/ makes recommendations to marketing campaigns and sales enablement activity. 

  • Develop and implement the eCOA Science event plan in conjunction with corporate events and marketing campaigns.  

  • Support the creation of strategic initiatives that align with eCOA Science’s prioritized focus areas and eCOA science research projects. 

  • Experienced in eCOA environment demonstrated through a thorough understanding of science projects and research, its application within the eCOA lifecycle (i.e. Impact on product, training) and how eCOA Science can impact it. 

  • Conduct clinical research for science publications, posters and relevant white papers; co-author recognition. 

  • Manage ad hoc projects to facilitate information dissemination and knowledge transfer. 

  • Identifies and drives new thought leadership and collateral opportunities/communications. 

  • Drives social media communication within eCOA Science  

  • Performs analysis related to key performance indicators and relevant eCOA science marketing metrics.  

  • Provide results in data storytelling format that influences leadership’s decision-making progress. 

  • Liaison for eCOA science with Chief Medical Office (CMO), for key cross functional collaborations and collateral 

  • Thoroughly researches the subject matter; logically organizes thoughts and ideas and writes at a level appropriate to the target audience. 

  • Development of process and best practices that create an efficient and effective workflow within the eCOA Science team. 

  • Skilled in presentation at the senior leadership level in Clario  

 

What we look for

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferred Master’s 

  • 2-5 years in pharmaceutical or clinical research related field; eCOA/COA emphasis preferred  

  • Knowledge of clinical trials and eCOA environment; scientific writing for reports, abstract, posters, general capabilities and bid defense presentations. 

  • Ability to present key performance and marketing data to Senior Management 

  • Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills a must, with extreme attention to detail, accuracy, accountability, and confidentiality 

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities. 

  • Experience with deliverables for internal and external customers, in a fast paced, dynamic environment 

  • Experience with marketing campaigns and implementation 

  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft® Office  

  • Strong critical thinking skills  

  • Ability to communicate well both verbally and in written form is required. 

  • Business savvy in global businesses.
