Job Description:

• Conduct data mapping and migration (including inflight cases) plus appropriate data cleansing tasks
• Progressively develop and align with different business stakeholders to come up with a consolidated, centralized Data Dictionary for W&P. Publish it on a easy to access platform for both the business and IT to reference
• Work with business teams to define the different mapping rules to identify the data records of our clients. Implement the life cycle of keeping the records current and unique
• Support the data migration work to eMPF platform and all other future platforms
• Provide data with data dictionary to users, make sense of these data by co-creating business reports with users using BI tools such as Tableau

Job Requirements

• University Graduate and above from Information Technology discipline 
• Over 10 years of experience in IT / data management
• Experience in MPF systems data conversion/migration is a must 
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Waterfall certification preferred
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
• Excellent analytical skills
• Sound project financial knowledge on managing project CAPEX and OPEX
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written such as status reports, project steering committee deck 
• Results oriented; able to strike balance on multiple priorities and projects
• Strong team-player who willingly and openly shares ideas and knowledge. Able to collaborate with different team members in a multi-cultural environment.
• Strong influencing skills to get buy-ins from the business stakeholders on alignment to data elements and golden record rules
• Update on market information, industry best practice, and the latest trend on Data Management
• Experience in using Tableau BI tools for data visualization is a plus
