The Opportunity
DAT is looking for a Manager, Enterprise Customer Success to join our Enterprise Sales team in our Denver, CO headquarters.
The Manager of Enterprise Customer Success will be responsible for growing, developing, and providing leadership for the Enterprise Success Team. This is a new and growing team, so the ability to manage change and organizational evolution is critical. Ultimately, the person in this position will be responsible for providing high levels of engagement with DAT's largest and most strategic accounts. Â
The Enterprise Manager of Customer Success will own all critical KPI’s for:
- Providing post-sales / post-renewal and ongoing customer onboarding and value-focused training
- Driving engagement and value-focused training to ensure the customer is aware of and utilizing every DAT product and service at their disposal. Â
- How the Success Team provides a consultative analysis of all customer workflows, identifying how they currently utilize DAT products / services and how those services fit into the day to day operations of multiple customer teams or silos.
Success in this role will require strong leadership, relationship-building and interpersonal skills. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious leader to collaborate with Enterprise leadership to shape and develop this growing team, building a collaborative culture and coaching each Success Rep to ensure we see customers as partners and to enable their success. Success will be measured by how engagement has increased across the entire Enterprise book of business, how overall customer spend has increased over time, and how successfully-relayed customer feedback has improved DAT products and services.
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in a customer-facing or support role.
- 3-5 years’ experience leading Success Teams in a SaaS organization.
- Logistics Industry experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills, alongside the ability to manage change.
- Self-motivating and self-supporting.
- Motivated by the opportunity to work in a fast paced environment and earn commissions by growing existing business.
What You’ll Do
- Grow and lead a team of Success Reps in servicing critical customer relationships.
- Work with Enterprise Sales leadership to develop a deal-team approach to serving our customers throughout every step in their relationship with DAT.
- Provide training and coaching for the Customer Success team.
- Help to develop all critical KPI’s to drive and measure the success of this team.
The Skills You’ll Need
- Deep knowledge and understanding of deal-team focused Success organization in the SaaS space.
- Strong hiring acumen with the ability to build / scale a collaborative team of high-performing individuals.
- Leadership / people skills in creating and leading a team of highly focused Success Reps.
- A strong communicator and a great listener.
- The ability to function as part of a larger deal team in service to the best experience possible for our customers.
- Travel required; <20%.
- College degree required, business focus preferred.
For Colorado-based candidates, in compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the minimum salary for this role is $115,000 + bonus + benefits. The maximum compensation for this role can vary significantly depending on your job-related skills and experience. DAT considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education and training, core skills, internal equity, and market and business elements when extending an offer.
