As the ERP Security Manager at Stryker, you will be at the forefront of safeguarding our SAP and JDE systems and ensuring they meet rigorous technical security standards. With a strong background in SAP and ERP security and technical expertise, you will take a lead role in protecting our company's critical processes and data.

This is a hybrid role that can be based our of our Portage, MI; Flower Mound, TX; Redmond, WA; or San Jose, CA offices. You will need to be in the office 1 day a week and have the flexibility to work from home the other days.

What You Will Do

• Technical SAP and JDE Security Oversight: Lead, manage, and technically oversee the ERP security support team, ensuring that SAP systems are technically configured, monitored, and maintained.
• Advanced Security Strategy: Develop and execute a cutting-edge SAP security strategy, encompassing advanced technical policies, procedures, and controls, to protect the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive data.
• Compliance: Guarantee technical compliance with industry regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX) and maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of evolving security requirements.
• Technical Access Control: Lead technical user access management, advanced role design, and technically advanced role maintenance within SAP systems, adhering strictly to the principle of least privilege.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct advanced technical risk assessments and technically advanced security audits to pinpoint vulnerabilities and recommend intricate technical security measures to mitigate risks.
• Advanced Incident Response: Develop and technically manage an advanced incident response plan for SAP security issues, taking an active role in technically investigating and resolving technical security incidents.
• Training and Awareness: Technically train and educate SAP and JDE users and employees on advanced security best practices, ensuring a technical culture of security awareness within the organization.
• Collaboration: Collaborate technically with cross-functional teams, including IT, compliance, and business units, to technically align SAP and JDE security measures with technically advanced business objectives.
• Documentation: Maintain intricate technical documentation related to SAP and JDE security configurations, policies, and procedures.
• Upgrades and Patch Management: Stay current with SAP and JDE security patches and system upgrades, ensuring that the SAP and JDE environment remains technically secure and up-to-date.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree in the areas of Computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field of study required
• 8+ years of experience required
• Technical experience in SAP and/or JDE security, with a proven track record of technically leading SAP and/or JDE security initiatives required
• Exceptional technical understanding of SAP applications, including ECC, S/4HANA, SAP BW, SAP GRC, BOBJ and/or SAP Fiori required.
• Profound knowledge of technical best practices for SAP security, GRC solutions, and cybersecurity frameworks
• Experience leading and managing technical teams required.
• SAP and/or JDE certification in Security or related technical fields is preferred.
• Working access control knowledge on other ERP Systems like JDE is preferred.
• Experience in Onapsis tool is preferred

$126,500 - $279,500salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
