Responsible for the ongoing management and execution of all ESG-focused reporting, both internally and externally. Oversees annual reporting requirements and performance improvement plans for voluntary frameworks like TCFD, CDP, and GRI as well as regulatory reporting for CSRD, SECR, and others as determined appropriate. Primary owner for the inventory management plan (IMP) which houses all data for sustainability reporting.
Also responsible for developing and maintaining an internal dashboard and roadmap for the purpose of updating key stakeholders on progress toward goals. Primary curator of ESG data/messaging, including customer survey and RFP support to ensure "one source of the truth" and regular story-telling related to our results and program activities.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the development and management of third-party reporting strategy (both voluntary and required).
- Serve as the primary responder to third-party ESG initiatives like GRI, UNGC, CDP, DJSI, Ecovadis, Science-Based Targets Initiative, and others as identified as important for program success.
- Oversee consultative engagements related to sustainability reporting requirements, data assurance/auditing and ESG-focused assessments.
- Use data analytics as a tool to identify opportunities to improve IRM's performance/rankings and credibility via suggested improvements in policy and/or practices of the business and help create and manage a multi-year roadmap to achieve result
- Identify gaps/blind spots or coming trends/requirements and identify the best approach for Iron Mountain.
- Maintain a calendar of key actions for all reporting activities.
- Primary curator of ESG data to ensure "one source of the truth" including primary ownership of the Inventory Management Plan (IMP).
- Support and provide content to proposal managers related to sustainability as needed via tools like RFPIO and Seismic to ensure accurate and timely information is available.
- Manage ESG-related projects on an as-needed basis to support the business
- Oversee and execute ESG engagement processes, such as Iron Mountain's materiality assessment and climate scenario analysis
What You'll Need:
- Experience with reporting standards and frameworks such as CDP, GRI, TCFD, SBTi and UNGC.
- Familiar with ESG assessments and ratings such as CDP and CDP Supply Chain, DJSI, Ecovadis, MSCI, ISS, Sustainalytics, etc.
- Previous experience in providing multi-year planning for ESG performance improvement using a data-driven approach
- Strong skills in compiling and analyzing data from multiple sources.
- 3-5 years' experience managing relationships and holding partners accountable for achieving agreed to performance levels.
- Strong project Management skills and experience required, PMP certification is a plus

Reasonably expected salary range: $73,800.00 - $98,500.00
