Position Title: Executive Assistant (Remote) 

Contract: Full-time, Independent Contractor

The Role: 

This position will provide a first-class service to senior stakeholders internally. We’re looking for somebody to be the right hand to two executives within the senior leadership team. You will utilize your understanding of the business to effectively prioritize, support ad-hoc projects, liaise with stakeholders, and help ensure the many goals are achieved. As a scaling company we need your support in making sure things are running smoothly, ensuring seamless and efficient operations for the company.

They will ensure all administrative tasks are completed quickly and accurately, collaborate with other team members globally and function as efficiently as possible, whilst dealing with varying communications from both internal and external parties. 

 

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of senior administrative support experience in a professional environment
  • Law firm or Professional Services experience preferred
  • Fluent English (verbal and written communications)
  • Strong proficiency in MS office, particularly Excel/Word (fact/spell checking, formatting, proofreading etc.)
  • Calendar and inbox management, travel planning, and scheduling
  • Ability to remain poised under pressure, multitask, and prioritize effectively
  • Support in preparing relevant materials and perform additional administrative duties and projects as assigned
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Communicate effectively with Senior Managers/Partners and clients in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate templates and folders on SharePoint and other systems
