Discover Impactful Work: As a Facilities Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of maintenance technicians to successfully implement and manage facilities engineering projects. You will ensure the seamless operation of our facilities and the safety of our employees.

A Day in the Life:

• Coordinate daily facilities engineering activities and projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to improve facility design and operations.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and contractors.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, including PM and TPM inspections.
• Manage assets and asset tagging.
• Prioritize and lead all aspects of facilities work at the facilities.

Keys to Success:

Education:

• Equivalent experience or university degree.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years in mechanical facilities engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing facilities engineering projects and leading teams.
• Proven experience in implementing facilities management fundamentals.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Excellent technical knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication of complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical individuals.
• Ability to manage capex and Opex budgets.
• Change agent with the ability to drive site culture innovation.
