Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Maintains overall facility management services to ensure maintenance of the facilities and grounds, vendor management to include compliance with all KPI, SLA, contract requirements, completion of vendor scorecards and vendor on-boarding management.
- Oversees employee and vendor development, training and communications. Develops staff within area of responsibility in accordance to policy. Insure compliance to all established company and department policy, procedures, standards and directives, all Federal, State and local requirements. Participates in and be a member of the BCP team for your Facility.
- Ensures staff and vendors are meeting established customer SLAs. Ensures all vendor contract services as well as terms and conditions are being satisfactorily met. Ensures that all applicable vendors are under contract with appropriate COI, establish and maintain KPI/SLA's and scorecards for each vendor. Pest control, Interior plant service, exterior landscaping and snow removal, Janitorial, trash removal and recycling, document destruction, Copy/Mail, Fitness Center, Food Service, and critical systems as applicable.
- Maintains effective communication with our customers. Fosters quality improvement within department. Provides Business continuity and Disaster recovery planning for facilities.
- Manages company's rideshare program. Ensures program meets established SLAs and follows company policy. Performs vendor management and contract negotiation/administration.
- Ensures compliance to all established company and department policy, procedures, standards and directives. Manages annual budgets and 5 year budget forecasting to include meeting identified budget targets.
- Services include, but are not limited to: janitorial, window washing, waste removal, recycling, parking lots, grounds and landscaping, snow removal, furniture maintenance and repair, building finish maintenance and repair,warehousing/storage, foodservice, fitness center, ATM, office services, A/V, conference room reservation and employee Moves, Adds and Changes (MAC's).
- Plans meetings, special events and conference room reservations. Coordinates mail and copy services, employee ride share and public transportation bus shuttles. Manage Fitness Center Program, shipping and receiving, and switchboard. Conduct focus groups and employee services surveys. Manage food service to include vending and catering, multi-functional devices (Copier/Printer/Fax), employee moves and provides executive suite support.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associates in Facilities Management, Information Technology, or Social Sciences.
- 6+ years of Facilities Management, Properties Management, or related
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8+ years in Facilities Management, Properties Management, or related.
- 2+ years in People Management.
- Certifications in BOMA RPA, IFMA CFM or similar designations upon hire.

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
