Manager, Finance

Kasais building an efficient and effective finance team to ensure best-in-class financial reporting and guest satisfaction. You will be joining a team with diverse backgrounds in hospitality, real estate, and private equity. The team focuses on building scalable processes by being resourceful and having a growth mindset. This remote role will be part of a small team, allowing for significant upward mobility within a fast-growing organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
• 5+ years of proven experience in financial management, analysis, and planning, preferably within the hospitality, real estate, or related industries.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with financial software and ERP systems.
• Excellent understanding of financial regulations, reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to provide actionable insights for senior management.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• You are proficient in Google Workspace

• Set up a collaborative and accurate financial reporting flow and deliver on deadlines for all properties in your portfolio - including internal and external reporting.
• Worked with Sr. Director of Finance to increase controls and mitigate audit findings and deficiencies.
• Become a respected leader and thought partner for your portfolio Revenue Manager and General Manager, as well as the Finance and Accounting team.
• Understood the guest, property owner and operating team product challenges facing companies in the global accommodations space
