Job Description

On this journey, you will report to Senior Manager, FP&A

Your Responsibilities will include:
Monthly Reporting:

• Prepare and present accurate and timely monthly financial reports. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for comprehensive reporting.

Quarterly Reporting:

• Lead the preparation of quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis and performance reviews.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on quarterly financial results.
• Ensure compliance with reporting standards and internal controls.

Budget Management:

• Develop, monitor, and manage the estimates and budget for the vertical. Work with department heads to gather and validate budget inputs.
• Analyze budget performance and implement adjustments as needed to meet financial goals.

Coordination with Central Team:

• Act as the primary liaison between the vertical and the central finance team.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment on financial processes, policies, and goals. Facilitate the exchange of information and support central team initiatives as required.

Opportunity Analysis:

• Identify and evaluate new financial opportunities and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making processes.
• Provide recommendations to optimize financial performance and growth.

Operational Risk Identification:

• Assess and identify potential operational risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure adherence to internal controls and financial policies.
• Collaborate with risk management teams to address and resolve financial risks.

End-to-End Ownership:

• Take full ownership of financial tasks and responsibilities within the vertical and act as Business Support partner. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all financial processes and deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial operations and reporting.
