About the Job:
We’re looking for a highly motivated Manager, Finance to lead a key pillar on the FP&A team. This role is responsible for providing clear analysis, leading financial forecasts and delivering actionable insights. The Manager is not only proficient in finance, but is also able to influence cross-functional partners and collaborate with other FP&A leaders to help deliver business goals. The ideal candidate demonstrates a bias towards action and continuous improvement. This role will report to the Director, Finance.
The Day-to-Day:
- Oversee and drive close reporting, quarterly forecasting, and annual planning for Division G&A
- Drive strategic planning on G&A needs for growth and/or expense optimization
- Lead and serve as strategic thought partner in periodic discussions with department budget partners and relevant business units on results vs forecast
- Ensure key risks and business drivers are understood and proactively communicated with stakeholders
- Manage headcount changes across all major funding sources via the Workforce Planning module
- Provide ad-hoc analyses that facilitate sound decision-making
- Continuous improvement of forecasting methodology and delivery of results/presentations
Is This You?
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or similar disciplines; advanced degree or certification is a plus
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience (e.g. FP&A, Business Planning, Corporate Finance)
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
- Experience in building cross-functional relationships and driving accountability
- Proactive self-starter and problem solver, especially when navigating ambiguity
- Must be able to convey information to all levels of the organization in a clear, focused and concise manner
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Embraces changes and is open to new ideas and approaches

Salary Range: ÂÂ$130,500 – $150,000 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
