Job Description

Ideal candidate will be located in the Greater Columbus area! Looking for candidates who are open to working a hybrid schedule- coming into the Dublin, OH office 2-3 days a week and working the other days remotely.

What Finance Operations contributes to Cardinal Health
Finance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets.

Finance Operations is responsible for the oversight and overall performance of the following core financial processes. This includes pricing administration, rebates, cash application, chargebacks, billing, accounts payable and employee travel & expense.

Responsibilities
  • Establish & provide input for key metrics, standard procedures, & strategy for the Med Chargeback team.
  • Manage 4 direct reports
  • Oversee performance and partnership of offshore Genpact Ops team
  • Timely and accurately review team KPIs to provide feedback and training, as needed
  • Own monthly chargeback reserve and weekly forecasts
  • Oversee supplier calls and settlement discussions
  • Work cross functionally with Sourcing, Accounting, Supplier Agreements, Product Data Management and Pricing Services
  • Systems utilized include: SAP, Content Manager, CORA, My SQL, Access, Tableau, and Excel


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
  • 5+ years of accounting/finance experience, preferred
  • Management experience preferred
