Manager, Finance Operations- Job ID: 1110

The Manager position is based in Princeton and reports directly to the Director, Finance Operations. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience include the following:

• 5-7 years of related experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field of study; MBA or CPA preferred
• Experience with IFRS with detailed understanding of accounting methods, reporting, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and revenue recognition
• Strong analytical, proactive problem-solving skills, and collaboration skills critical to the role
• Play a key role in developing and implementing efficient processes that will scale with the company
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision; extremely organized, detail-oriented, and mindful of deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate issues and solutions to all levels of management
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple functional areas in a collaborative, team environment
• Experience within Pharma/Biotech industry is preferred
• Experience with ERP and accounting system, preferably D365
• Ability to Travel up to 10% of the time domestically and internationally

Requirements

• Support various accounting operations in our US companies and complete monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes based on IFRS in a timely fashion.
• Interact with Group reporting on technical accounting activities and ensure that group guidelines are followed.
• Implement, document, and maintain adequate and effective internal controls and processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Responsible for Accounting related functions including but not limited to account analysis and reconciliation, monthly P&L Controlling, monthly accrual entries as well as accurately tracking clinical trial activity completion overall to date and by site.
• Works closely with Director of Finance Ops, FP&A colleagues, and business leaders in several areas including, but not limited to, cash management; new systems design and implementation; accounting reporting and regulatory compliance for the Company's anticipated future operations.
• Support GTN related activities such as backup to booking entries, reporting and working closely with GTN Lead.
• Responsible to develop and deliver training, as needed
• Perform various Ad-hoc activities
• Serves as a superuser in D365 finance module
