What You Will Do
We are looking for a results-oriented person to join our fast-growing organization as our Manager, Finance & Special Projects. Reporting directly to the SVP, Finance, the Manager will play a critical role in working cross functionally to lead critical strategic projects, driving value creation via strategic growth, operational enhancements, and continuous financial improvements via analysis and project management. You will drive strategic initiatives, providing impactful leadership, rigorous analysis & tracking, and effective change management. This unique role is expected to make an impact, with meaningful exposure to all functions and the Company’s executives, leadership, and board of directors.

Responsibilities
● Track, prepare and provide project status reports to both internal and external stakeholders
● Evaluate business processes, identify areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions
● Oversee strategic business initiatives from ideation through implementation and stabilization
● Provide tactical support to implement ideas, including project management and KPI determination and monitoring
● Analyze work processes with the objective of driving cost efficiency and operational enhancement
● Prepare and provide key internal and external stakeholders with regular reporting, dashboards, and executive presentations to make informed, strategic decisions for the business
● Develop holistic and data-driven business insights from internal and external data sources
● Special ad hoc analyses including scenario and pro forma impact analyses
● Deliver timely, accurate, and effective analyses and reporting of relevant project metrics, including financial and other operational impact
● Evaluate capital allocation and investment initiatives, supporting optimal resource deployment
● Take ownership of new and different duties and identify new opportunities within the Finance department
● Deliver high quality work with integrity, serving as a trusted resource to the Finance team and
throughout the Company


Who You Are
● Bachelor's degree in Business / Engineering / Math / Economics preferred

● 5+ years of progressive experience in project management and analysis; 2+ years of direct exposure to CPG industry required
● Exceptional analytical skills, and adept at identifying trends and variances
● Results oriented. Highly analytical and data-driven mindset
● Quantitative, with strong attention to detail and high degree of comfort with large volumes of data
● Strong work ethic and ability to perform in a self-managed environment requiring prioritization
● Strong communication (both verbal and written) and relationship management skills
● Comfortable leading multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
● Expert Excel skills, and advanced skills in Word and PowerPoint
● Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other data analytics packages preferred
● Strong familiarity with NetSuite is preferred
