Our proprietary Decision Science platform uses advanced data science and machine learning to identify homes that fit investor criteria and optimize portfolio management and performance at scale.Â
Do you love organizing financial data into information that can tell a story and help drive management decision making? Are you skilled in building and maintaining financial models and KPI dashboards? Are you comfortable being an individual contributor, working within finance and cross-functionally to bring the role to life? This will not be easy, but done well, the FP&A Manager will play a critical role developing and maintaining financial models related to business activity and communicating the financial story to the leadership team, in partnership with other members of the finance function.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain budget templates; coordinate preparation of annual budget, quarterly forecast and actual results, supporting variance analysis and narrative developmentÂ
- Analyze G&A spend; develop reporting to support management decision-making
- Develop and maintain segment level P&L; report results to segment leaders
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards
- Ad hoc projects as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Accounting, Finance, or other business-related discipline.Â
- 5+ years finance experience; FP&A experience in a complex organization desirable.Â
- Self-starter with builder mentality
- Ability to organize and analyze large amounts of data.Â
- Ability to work well with others.Â
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.Â
