Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis
Job Description
As an experienced and knowledgeable Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis you will impact the lives of everyday people and help them go from surviving to thriving with innovative digital personal finance solutions. In this position, (within MST or PST zones), you will report to our Director, FP&A. As Finance Manager, you will develop financial strategies and drive analytics to enable business decision making, partnering closely with leaders in Marketing and Finance. This manager will deliver important insights and actionable recommendations to senior finance and marketing leaders and executive management. A successful candidate will ensure financial and operating decisions are based on accurate data and apply expertise to inform overall strategy. This position will exemplify true business partnership, leading the way with collaboration, timely decision-making, alignment with strategic priorities and value-added analysis.

What You'll do:
- Serve as Finance partner to the Product Marketing leadership teams across all products
- Create consistent frameworks for measuring and analyzing ROI of marketing spend across partners and channels, including but not limited to cost of acquisition, close rates and digital and partner profit margins
- Drive financial efficiency and effectiveness across channels and partnerships by providing analytic support and developing actionable insights that will influence decision makers to allocate marketing spend more effectively
- Take a data driven approach to assess marketing activities, with recommendations to enhance reporting, accelerate growth, and improve processes
- Track key marketing business metrics and KPIs to measure health of the business, while proactively highlighting areas of risks and opportunity
- Partner with Marketing teams to develop a long-range planning model that supports the Marketing team's strategic vision and company priorities
- Work cross functionally to ensure marketing spend and resource deployment are aligned with Sales and support Achieve's strategic priorities

- Upbeat and optimistic, with a growth mindset
- BA/BS degree in finance, accounting or related field (MBA a plus)
- Excellent financial modeling and analysis skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Expertise to manage projects to on-time completion with confidentiality and integrity
- Analytical background working directly in an Marketing finance, Strategic Finance, Business Operations or related environment, experience modeling revenue and expenses
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, teamwork, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable and able to react quickly to changing business needs
- Ability to think critically and to question the output of financial models or investment cases and consider options for improvement or provide thoughtful alternatives

Salary Range: $130,000.00 to $150,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits. This information represents the expected salary range for this role. Should we decide to make an offer for employment, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
