Job Description
GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the development, maintenance, production, and delivery of data that supports external financial reporting within the organization, including annual and quarterly financial disclosures and earnings releases. This position is also a key contributor in the administration maintenance and reporting of the Company's equity program.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:• Provide data, analysis, and supporting schedules for SEC filings, including XBRL. Compile SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) from various internal groups, and perform reviews and tie-out tables.• Keep financial records up to date with all financial activity and in compliance with regulations. Maintain support binder for each quarter filing.• Develop and manage a cadence for the quarterly financial reporting and disclosure process pursuant to the financial calendar to facilitate the timeliness of review, approvals, and filing of external reporting across all involved functions (Legal, Finance, HR, Auditors, Board).• Complete the GAAP checklist review for disclosures, research, and report on new/existing GAAP and other guidance to impact the Company's external reporting requirements. Ensure compliance with US GAAP.• Administer the mechanical steps of printing, "Edgarizing", and filing all SEC files and press releases.• Oversee accounting, administrative, and financial implications of the Company's equity program• Ensure new employee stock enrollment, terminations, and changes of distributions are recorded, documented, and reported to the plan administrator.• Review, analyze, and prepare updates to key inputs to the Black-Scholes Model used to assign fair value.• Serve as Controller's group lead in terms of ensuring SOX controls are well documented and executed by the Controller's team quarterly; develop and maintain control policies for accounting to ensure clarity, accuracy, and transparency

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education:• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four (4) year college or university with a concentration in Finance or Accounting preferred• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience required; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and prior work experience
Related Experience, Qualifications and/or Certifications:• Technical accounting (SEC) and SOX competence/expertise preferred• CPA preferred• Experience in a retail environment and business planning preferred
Computer Skills / Special Equipment Knowledge:• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office skills and other database and spreadsheet tools required• Demonstrated working experience with XBRL and equity plan reporting systems• Experience in SAP preferred• Office equipment and/or point-of-sale equipment experience required/desired• Specific systems experience required/desired
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Individuals in this position generally work in an office environment that involves the use of office equipment, such as computers, copiers, telephones, and other office machinery/equipment where there may be some exposure to moderate noise.
