ABOUT THIS ROLE
As Manager, Financial Systems you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the financial systems that drive our organization's fiscal operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the seamless integration and functionality of various financial software applications, databases, and reporting tools. By leveraging your expertise in financial systems, you will contribute to the efficiency, accuracy, and compliance of our financial processes.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manage an application support team for ERP systems users throughout the organization and work with ERP systems users and management to determine appropriate system configuration and setup
- Analyze existing systems and processes with a goal of process improvement and implementation of best practices
- Analyze and troubleshoot ERP system interface issues
- Lead and manage projects for the finance team and be the liaison with our tech department and external consultants
- Lead testing new releases of ERP systems prior to use in a production environment
- Manage new systems integrations (banks, T&E, clearing firms, etc)
- Drive process improvements and automation by researching and testing new solutions
- Own all systems administration across finance
- Create documentation and procedures guidelines for ERP systems users
- Assist in year-end audits with a focus on systems
- Work with FP&A on building reports and dashboards for business leaders
- End to end management of customizations, including scoping, requirement gathering, solution, architecting, development, testing and deployment
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field required.
- 10+ years of experience in finance systems and data analysis
- 6+ years of experience with NetSuite and/or Workday ERP
- 2+ years of management experience
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong understanding order-to-cash / procure-to-pay / record-to-report.
- Aptitude for identifying and implementing systems-related solutions
- Experience with ETL tools like Celigo
- Familiar with SuiteScript (Client Scripts, UserEven, MapReduce) Suitelet, REST experience plus.
