The Importance of the Role
The Manager, Forecasting will be responsible for supporting commercial forecast development to support the commercial success of Sarepta’s current platform and other pipeline products with an in-depth focus on markets outside the US (Europe, UK, Asia, Middle East) This position will partner with key stakeholders (International Business, Global Market Access, Competitive Intelligence, Finance, etc.) to drive development of robust forecasts for various business scenarios.
The Opportunity to Make a Difference

Build and maintain lifecycle-stage-appropriate forecasting models across Sarepta’s global portfolio using appropriate tools

Develop key business forecast scenarios, estimate the business opportunity for Sarepta, and forecast near and long-term therapy adoption, including developing key business assumptions for global markets

Develop deep understanding of the strategic, operational and financial drivers of Sarepta’s in-market and pipeline therapy portfolio outside US to feed into the forecast

Manage process of maintaining and evolving the forecasting capability in partnership with key stakeholders who contribute inputs and consume outputs

Perform ad-hoc analysis as required to refine forecast assumptions and support with outputs for board discussions

Develop and manage periodic forecasting outputs to represent Commercial demand while collaborating with functions such as Finance and Tech Ops

Continue building deep understanding of evolving industry trends and disease landscape to refine forecast assumptions on an ongoing and as needed basis

Develop strong cross-functional relationships with key cross-functional collaborators

Other related duties as required
More about You
-
Bachelor's Degree in a science/quant field required, master’s degree strongly preferred.

5+ years’ experience in the biopharmaceuticals industry (Rare Disease market experience a plus)
-
3+ years of forecasting and analytics experience
-
Strong global experience with markets such as Europe, UK, Japan, Asia, Middle East is a must
-
Analytical mindset with strong quantitative/math skills
-
High level of MS Excel proficiency – including advanced data analysis modules
-
Strongly prefer ability to conduct advanced analysis leveraging SQL, Python, or similar languages
-
High attention to detail critical for the role
-
Strong project management experience with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
-
Excellent communication and analytical skills
-
Experience with Tableau development or similar data visualization tools

This position is hybrid, you will be expected to work on site at one of Sarepta’s facilities in the United States and/or attend Company-sponsored in-person events from time to time.
The targeted salary range for this position is $112,000 - $140,000 per year. Sarepta is making a good faith effort to be transparent and accurate around our hiring ranges. The salary offer is commensurate with Sarepta’s compensation philosophy and considers factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, external market conditions, criticality of role, and internal equity.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
